Many of the team have fulfilled both permanent and Interim roles at Board level in PLCs, SMEs and PE backed business, as well as working in other HR Outsourcing Consultancy’s and have an expert understanding of how good quality HR & OD provision can contribute to the commercial success of any organisation.
Having this level of expertise also enables the Optimal team to fully understand the commercial challenges organisations face on a day to day basis when trying to build a good, profitable business but ensuring its sustainability through the robust management of its workforce. Large HR, L&D & OD teams are expensive and can often add significant cost.
Our HR Outsourcing Team manage all aspects of day to day HR matters, from the moment an employee joins you to the day they leave and everything else in between. We use a fantastic HRIS system which has built-in Employee Self Serve. This allows our clients and their employees to see everything and takes the administration away from them which is often distracting and burdensome.
Whether you are looking to build a HR function, audit an existing one, implement a HRIS or complete a merger or acquisition, we are here to support you through the day to day management of your people right through to some of your biggest projects and initiatives.
Our new Client library is a fantastic and cost-effective way to manage all your people activity in-house, ensuring your HR Manager/person has all the correct templates for any letters or policies they may need to use. All of our templates are fully GDPR compliant. Not only do we have a HR Client library but also a Learning & Development Library and a Health & Safety Library too!
