Joanna has been combining her roles in HR with being a busy parent for 20 years. Working with businesses in North America, Australia and throughout the UK in a number of sectors including Retail, Utilities and Manufacturing.
She has worked at board level with mergers & acquisitions, change management and employee relations, whilst also having experience in setting up and managing her own small business.
Joanna’s strength is in leveraging her knowledge whilst also understanding the need to build great relationships in order to get the best results.

I love spending time with my family and friends. In the small amount of spare time I enjoy keeping fit at the gym and travelling.
As I have lived in Australia for a decade I also like to call this home, so like to get back to see friends. However, I also love the trip ‘ down under ‘ so love to visit Japan, Hong Kong and America with my family along the way.
Time with my family is precious and with two growing boys my weekend is often taken up with sports and activities, however, with any time for a sit down and relax I enjoy a great film or box set.
I have a very varied musical taste all the way from the Carpenters to Snoop Dog!
No pets at the moment although my youngest son would love a sausage dog.
I am very lucky to have worked with and been mentored by some great leaders in my career. I truly believe that people are a company’s best asset and enjoy to see them grow and succeed.
