This workshop is suitable for individuals considering developing their skills ahead of moving into a management role. It will develop their understanding of management and develop and build important interpersonal skills necessary to be effective in a managerial role.

This foundation level overview aims to develop an understanding between management and leadership and provides the base level knowledge of managing people effectively. The workshop will improve confidence and awareness and introduce a select number of essential theories and models.

The content is delivered through our online learning platform and provides a stimulating and highly interactive learning experience.

This entry level Management Development Programme is for those aspiring to become new leaders, first line managers or new managers with little or no formal management training.  The programme encourages participants to take personal responsibility for their own development and that of others.

Throughout the programme participants consider their own behaviours, beliefs as well as learn new skills and knowledge to manage teams effectively.

This programme is delivered through our online learning platform and incorporates 1-2-1 meetings (face to face or virtual) as well as reflective learning webinars to assess applied learning.

This comprehensive programme is for established managers wanting to prepare to move into more senior roles or just moved into a leadership role. The programme focuses on delegates developing their own behaviours, beliefs and skills with that of an organisation’s values, beliefs and mission to become truly effective as a modern leader in their business.

Each workshop within the programme is led by experienced leadership specialists hand-picked for their excellence in facilitated learning. 1-2-1 support is included within the programme.
