The Legal roles we recruit include

The process of buying or selling a property required the services of a Conveyancer and that conveyancer can be either a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive. We assist firms across the country who through growth or staff turnover require additional support to complement their existing caseload. Buying a property can be an overwhelming experience without the help of an experienced property lawyer to guide you through the conveyancing process. Conveyancing is the legal transfer of a property from one owner to another. The process involves a conveyancing solicitor or licensed conveyancer who acts on behalf of the buyer to ensure their client receives the title deeds to the property and the land it sits on. Conveyancing encapsulates the entirety of the legal and administrative work required to ensure a house purchase is valid under law.

Employment lawyers deal with an employee and his/her rights and obligations. On the other hand, it deals with the employer’s rights, duties and obligations. Into this equation come matters of legislation, statutory authorities, regulations of conduct and the actual processes through which the law is administered and followed. If you’re thinking about entering this area of law, the first obvious step will be to identify the area in which you want to specialise, looking for firms and opportunities where this requirement can be fulfilled. Solicitors who represent individuals or a group of employees will work on collecting information and research, preparing documentation (e.g. contracts, claims and pleadings), providing advice to clients and conducting negotiations and settlements on their behalf. Employment lawyers representing employers will provide advice to companies and institutions on defence against claims, HR policies covering all aspects of employment, contractual content on remuneration, early and normal retirements, and negotiate with employees and/or their unions. By recruiting the perfect individual we are ensuring our clients are fully equipped to represent their clients which in turn ultimately assures as positive an outcome as possible.

Private client lawyers work with individuals and families, providing legal advice on a variety of matters such as investments, taxation, estate management, wills and testamentary issues. Private clients are usually very rich and high net worth individuals or landowners who hold massive amounts of properties and other assets. Private client lawyers also tend to deal with charities too. These might be small, not-for-profit associations or fully-fledged organisations that are run like a business and have immense budgets. The main objective of a private client lawyer is to provide advice which will help preserve, build and maintain wealth and establish trusts. They will also offer prudent guidance on matters, such as inheritance tax and capital gains tax. The recruitment of Private Client Solicitors is more than just about placing a candidate with a company. Where the Services of a Private Client is called upon it is often at a time where condolence and care is paramount. The person has to have the ability to show utmost dignity and not just fee earn.

Through our network of Professional platforms we have access to a large number of the top Clinical Negligence Lawyers in the UK ranging from Assistant Solicitors to Heads of Department. Clinical negligence lawyers are very specialist and practice legislation to protect both medical patients and providers. Clinical negligence occurs when a healthcare provider has done something wrong during the treatment of their patient. For example, a doctor may have misdiagnosed a patient or made a mistake when operating. Victims of negligent medical treatment can claim compensation in these kinds of circumstances.

As with all legal claims, some elements must be present for the claim to be successful. Suffering an injury because of medical treatment is not sufficient to take legal action. The claimant must establish two things:

  1. That, on the balance of probabilities, the treatment did not comply with medically acceptable standards
  2. That the treatment was a direct cause of the injury

If the claimant can establish these elements they can receive compensation. This includes payment for the pain they have suffered, for ongoing treatment needed and for psychological suffering, among others. For those lawyers acting for the defendants (the health care providers), the work can be just as rewarding. They protect hospitals from having to make payments to every patient that is unhappy about their treatment. Surely, this would put a huge strain on the NHS and the whole health care system.
